Registration opens for Expert Review of the First Order Draft of the IPCC Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate

The Expert Review of the First Order Draft of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate (SROCC) will take place from 4 May until 29 June 2018. Expert Reviewers can register at www.ipcc.ch/apps/comments/srocc/fod/register.php up to a week before the end of the review period.

Since COP21, new elements of knowledge came to light, thus enhancing our understanding of the interactions between ocean, climate and biodiversity. The well-being of marine ecosystems is recognized as central to combat climate change, highlighting the need to support and develop ocean science.
