The meeting will be organised at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), USA. The location of the meeting will be at the Carriage House on the Quissett Campus.
The Hans-Ertel-Centre for Weather Research is hosting the first International Symposium on Regional Reanalysis from 17 to 19 July 2018 in Bonn (Germany). With reanalysis and in particular reagional reanalysis data sets getting more and more attention, the goal of the symposium is to discuss and promote all aspects of regional reanalyses.
COST/CLIVAR Workshop on ocean reanalyses and inter-comparisons
The Copernicus Climate Change Service is holding the 5th International Conference on Reanalysis (ICR5) over five days, 13 - 17 November 2017 in Rome, Italy.

The First Report of the TPOS 2020 project was published on 30 December 2016. This report contains initial recommendations for the Backbone and a synopsis of initial results and plans for the various initiatives of TPOS 2020.
