As invited by the organisers of the 2021 “AI Earth” Artificial Intelligence Innovation Challenge -- AI Helps Accurate Weather and Ocean Forecast”, Jose Santos, Executive Director of ICPO sent his remark to the final and the closing ceremony of the competition held on 22 April.

The 5th Telecon of the ENSO Conceptual Model Working Group (WG) coordinated under CLIVAR Pacific Region Panel (PRP) was organised on 21:00- 23:00, 22nd February 2021. 18 members of the WG participated in the meeting.

The 4th Telecon of the ENSO Conceptual Model Working Group (WG) coordinated under CLIVAR Pacific Region Panel was organised on Jan.6, 2020. 16 members of the WG participated the meeting.

The ENSO Conceptual Model Working Group had its 3rd telecon on Nov. 19, 2020, with the participation of 16 WG members. 

The CLIVAR Pacific Regional Panel held the 2nd Tropical Pacific Decadal Variability (TPDV) Workshop at Sorbonne University in Paris, France from 1 to 5 April 2019, with the strong support of LOCEAN/IPSL. 

The conference report and power point presentations from several Scientists who presented their research during the IV International Conference on El Niño Southern Oscillation: ENSO in a warmer Climate (ENSO2018) are now available online.

A workshop on Decadal Variability of the Tropical Pacific took place at Centro Nacional de Acuicultura e Investigaciones Marinas (CENAIM-ESPOL) in San Pedro de Manglaralto, Ecuador from 13 to 14 October 2018.
