The CLIVAR/CliC NORP panel organized its third monthly telecon of 2021 on 15^th March, with the participants of the SORP members and An Nguyen, Ronan James McAdam, and Yevgeny Aksenov.

The main topic of this telecon was to discuss the revision of the review paper on “Freshwater in the Arctic Ocean 2010–2019”, which is led by the NORP panel and was submitted to the “Ocean Science”. This paper assessed the variability of the Arctic freshwater of the last decade both from the observation and reanalysis data.

The seasonality of the Arctic freshwater was noticed during the discussion, thus a review paper focused on the seasonal variation from different components by using multiple data sources was planned.
