Ms. Qian Zhao was appointed the administrative assistant of the International CLIVAR Project Office (ICPO)

Ms. Qian Zhao was recently appointed as the administrative assistant of the International CLIVAR Project Office (ICPO), hosted by the First Institute of Oceanography (FIO), Qingdao, China. Prior to this, Ms. Zhao used to serve at the Belt and Road Collaborative Innovation Centre (BRCIC), Qingdao, China. Her responsibilities at BRCIC included liasing with foreign diplomats, interpreting for foreign leaders, and promoting the implementation of the Belt & Road Innitiatives. Ms. Zhao also used to worked at Shanghai CPPCC Foreign Friendly Committee and made great contribution to the '2015 Sino-America Relations and Public Diplomacy Conference' and '2015 Chinese Enterprises Going into Latin America Forum'. 

Ms. Qian Zhao received her MSc. (2019) and BA. (2016) in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh, UK and Shanghai International Studies University, China respectively.
