Logistics
Arrival to Moscow: Participants can arrive in Moscow via one of three Moscow international airports:
Please provide details of arrival / departure to Nadia Kovaleva (nadia@yahoo.co.uk, nadia@sail.msk.ru) and Lena Tushagina (lenas@sail.msk.ru) as soon as possible so arrangements for pick up at the airport can be made. Most likely there will be cabs with English speaking drivers who will meet participants in the airport and will transport to the hotels.
Hotel: All participants will be accommodated in the Moscow Korston Hotel. This is 4-star hotel in the southwestern part of Moscow. The block booking is provided by IORAS. Hotel address and contacts are available on the Korston web site and also below:

The hotel is located in a park area and can be accessed by Vorobiovy Gory (15 minute walk) and Leninsky Prospect (via trolleybus) Moscow subway stations. More details are available here.
Meeting Venue: the meeting will be organized at Russian Academy of Sciences in the central building located at Leninsky Prospect 32. The building is in walking distance (800 meters) from the hotel. There will be a shuttle bus to provide transportation to the meeting venue. The meeting will take place in the President Hall (3rd floor), near the Fountain Hall. Signs with direction will be available inside the building.
