Logistics
Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the Institute of Marine Sciences (ISMAR). The institute has recently relocated to a new location in the Arsenale complex. However we will be meeting at ISMAR's former office building - see the directions below.
Riva Sette Martiri, Castello 1364/a, 30122, Venice
Phone number +39 041 2404711.
From the Venice train station (Ferrovia Santa Lucia) or Piazzale Roma (if arriving by car/bus) take the ACTV n° 51 or n° 61 in the 'Lido' direction and get off at the 'Giardini' stop. The ISMAR building is a short walk along the lagoon-side to the left. You can also take the boat line ACTV n° 1. This is a slower route, but very worthwhile since it goes along the whole Grand Canal.

A one-way ticket costs 15 Euros (or 13 Euros if purchased online), and a return ticket costs 25 Euros (24 Euros online).
